Submitting your proposal is not the end of the bid process – it’s the start of the evaluation phase. This module prepares you to manage all client interactions to ensure your bid maintains momentum. We begin with Acknowledgement and Confirmation of Receipt, detailing how to verify that your submission was received correctly and on time, safeguarding against technical or administrative rejection.

Next, you will learn how to transition seamlessly into Preparing for Potential Presentations or Interviews. This involves anticipating executive-level questions, rehearsing your team’s delivery, and refining your core win themes into a persuasive oral pitch. Finally, we cover Managing Clarification Requests from the client. You’ll master how to efficiently handle client queries to resolve ambiguities, confirm data, and provide required follow-up information without accidentally undermining your original competitive strategy.
